About 16 DIT students are going on a 10 day brigade to Ghana with the aim of improving the quality of life in underdeveloped communities by building rain water harvesters, filtration systems and water storage tanks.
In Ghana, economic inequality is drastic leaving much of rural Ghana in poverty without access to clean water.
We will also build some toilets for the local community and teach them about basic hygiene practices. This is highly important and will help prevent people dying from easily preventable diseases.
There are two types of tickets available to this event
– 15 euro – with free entry to the dogs, free entry to DtwoAvenue Thursdays and a Free beer/glass of wine or meal on the night.
– 10 euro – with free entry to the dogs and also free entry to DtwoAvenue Thursdays.
There will be a raffle on the night as well. It should be an enjoyable night all around. Hope as many as possible can make it as after all its for a good cause!
Unfortunately You can NOT buy tickets at the stadium!
